Our 2011 has a bright medium red color with complex notes of dried herbs and classic Cabernet aromatics. The aromas are restrained, but deep, promising good evolution. The wine’s entry on the palate is fresh and smooth with bright black and red fruit flavors through the middle and finish. The wine is structured more by its acidity than by its tannins, and as a result is bright, refreshing, and approachable. Lovely served with White Asparagus Spears with Lobster Champagne-Morel Sauce & Cognac Reduction.
