Welcome to GV Cellars, your rustic boutique winery experience in Green Valley, CA. We offer a gorgeous tasting view, personalized customer service, and a complete collection of 17 distinctive wines. Our estate grown wines focus on Italian varietals, while our popular blends incorporate the best fruit from surrounding regions. We are a limited production winery, producing roughly 2000 to 3000 cases annually. We focus on the quality rather than mass production. Come visit and experience why everyone is calling us the true hidden gem of the valley.

Tasting Experience

Delight in our Tasting Menu, complete with 6 of our unique wines and tasting notes, while you enjoy our picturesque ambience. We offer an indoor and outdoor tasting experience that overlooks our estate vineyard. Our menu changes weekly to give you a new experience each week. We provide complimentary crackers and water to cleanse your palate. This enhances the experience enabling your palate to better taste the quality wines you deserve. Our Tasting Room is open 7 days a week, from 11am to 5pm, except on major holidays.

Vineyard View Lunch

Escape the rush of the world and relax with our 30-acre vineyard view. Whether it is just you, or you are with friends, simply bring your favorite lunch and purchase a minimum one bottle of our wine to enjoy this lasting picnic memory in picturesque Green Valley. Available 11am - 5pm Monday - Friday, and by appointment on the weekends.
